these are two youngsters of the people of lesothos highlands. as far as i could tell, what you see is pretty much what they call their own.
no fancy stuff, no waterproofs, just a cape and some boots and of course their whole pride: the horse.
even if these people definitly live in poverty, they seem proud and in a way content. and: they have this wonderful land to live in.
i only spent three days in lesotho hiking with backpack and tent and so didn't cover much ground, but what i saw was really gorgeous... |

Hi Andreas,
Nice and interesting shot! I've not seen many pictures from that country and I didn't imagine it was like that. It reminds me a little of Mongolia.
