Photographer’s Note

Some kids I met in Lesotho. I wish I had some candy to give them, but they where more then happy to shoot some pictures with my camera. Got to take this picture in returm.

We also had a contest who could run down the mountian the quickest.....they won....

Making fun of you it seems? Nice shot of happy kids.
I'm not sure about the DOF though, it would have been nice to see the mountains sharper, the colors and shadows seem to be interesting on these mountains.

Wonderful engagement with your subjects and I feel letting them take pictures with your camera far superior to handing out candies. This images has so much life as the children are intellectually sharing the concept of photography. I would love to see their shots, is that possible?

Great capture Sachar! The smiles, their expression is everything on this image. Besides, DOF is great calling all the atention to them cause if you had done a more focused background it could be distracting so...great work! And welcome to TE :)))

Bonjour, Belle attitude saisie pour ces enfants. Effectivement la mise au point n'est peut-être pas parfaite par contre je ne suis pas d'accord avec "ninadev" sur l'arrière plan. La composition est très belle. Bravo. gérard
