An other Massai picture. Since they make huts out of cow dung, there are usually a lot of flies around...
There were a bunch of kids were sitting around, I was lucky to catch this quick kiss...
It really seems that the flies do not bother them too much, they are used to it I guess. The people in this village are relatively well off, since they get a lot of tourist visiting them (and buying souvenirs).
Difficult lightning under the African midday sun... I've ajusted the Shadow / Highlight in PS CS.

Very sharp and nice shot. This small girl makes really pity, with this dirty shirt and these flies which stick on her skin. That makes the gesture of the kiss even more tender and concerning. Superb scene.

Fantastic shot Saskia. It is a whole story about this girl. I like it so much.

Wow! There are so many emotions involved in this picture! We are not used to seeing tenderness in images of this area of the world. Most of the time we see only the misery and hunger that these poor people have to experience. Thank you for sharing this with us.

Just shows that however bad it gets, there's always someone around to make it better. A very touching scene and a perfect moment to click your shutter. Great timing. Thank you very much Saskia.
