Le parc National d'Amboseli est à environ 200 km au sud de Nairobi, près de la frontière avec la Tanzanie. On peut y admirer des vues splendides du Kilimanjaro, un énorme volcan qui cependant ne figure pas sur cette photo. L'aspect brumeux est causé par la fine poussière provenant du sol. L'horizon qui s'étend à perte de vue se confond avec le ciel. La région abrite plusieurs communautés Masai.

Amboseli's National Park is located some 200km south of Nairobi, close to the Tanzania border. This is a place of wide dry plains, where the horizons stretch into the furthest distance and become one with the sky. The haze at sunset is caused by all the dust suspended in the air. Amboseli is renowned for its elephant populations and large herds, and its views of the Kilimanjaro, a giant volcano. This area is home to many Maasai communities
