End of the track in Guinea Photo

Photographer’s Note

- That is finished, we are in Guinea-Bissau, the track is always invaded by the undergrowth, the last five kilometers were a hell for the Wolkswagen minibus which we use for this tour. The track finishes hundred meters after, beside the town of Sao-Domingos on the road which connects this locality to the Valera village at the edge of the Atlantic. I hope that you liked this history on the small track which connects the Ziguinchor airport with the Guinea-Bissau, today the tourists do not borrow any more this track, because the freedom fighters of Casamance, give up this area insecurized.

Hi Giorgio,
I guess your pictures work better as a series than individual ones that show just small emptyish pieces of the journey.
But this one showing the actual end without reaching any visible goal, has more meaning in itself. Thanks for the story!

Hello Giorgio. A nice scene taken in the bushes. The end of the road is almost the end of the trek. Good perspective capturing this end of the road place. A can only think of the exotic places found in this country. Nice work Giorgio.
