This one to express my frustration about the places where i've been without ever seeing something else than the airport or, sometimes, the stupid and typical business hotel.
My work as physician brought me to Accra, Damascus, Niger, Kinshasa, Sarajevo ... to repatriate a patient.
To get there i had often to fly 7-8 hours with a few refuelings.
Here i am with my sunset: the sun going down seen from above the clouds just before landing in the darkness!

Superbe photo d'un point de vue on ne peut plus original. Je n'ai pas beaucoup voyagé, mais celui que j'ai fait au Sénégal pour faire l'électricité d'une école et d'un dispensaire dans un village avec mes élèves m'a permis d'aller à la rencontre de la population et ce fut des plus enrichissant. Je comprend donc ta frustration de ne pas avoir le temps d'aller au contact des habitants.
