| Just as we were about to go into the Kumasi market (West Africa's largest outdoor market) it started to downpour. As we seeked refuge in one of the merchant's stalls everyone outside was running for cover. The roof right above us had plenty of water running off it to make for a perfect blurred foreground giving way to the people passing by looking for cover. The men in he background just continue to add to the overall scene and balance out th young lady. |

Hey Adam,
Splendid picture you've posted here. I really like the blurred, rainy foreground, tilt and usage of B&W here. The contrast between the lady (presumably poor), people in the background and those cars (there's a nice BMW there) is outstanding. The only thing I don't like is that the lady is very close to the centre. I, personally, would move here a little bit more right. Another thing is that there is too much of the lady. I would crop like 3/4 of her dress. In my opinion it would give the picture better composition. Anyway, it's a really good street photography :)
Thanks for sharing.

Hi Adam,
I like it... rainy pictures have something special in common: more difficult to take but they present much better on avarage... especially when - like here - some interesting scene is included.

Witaj Adam,
The very good in black white photo. The picture reporter and a little sociological, exhibitory very small segment from the life observed with Your eyes. The excellent work , very to me pleases. Very good you chose the moment on the pressing of the trigger of the shutter. To this these caretakers of the water...
Best regards,
Jurek
