Your point of view is fantastic for this photo. Often I see photos being taken from the point where the person is standing as if he/she is too lazy to improve the photographic possibilities. I guess most people just don't think about their photos!
Where were you? I have taken similar photos from the roof tops of many of Ghana's castles (forts) but I have not visited the Cape Coast Castle so I don't have the necessary vision.

A great picture that communicates a lot about life on the Ghana coast. The colors are nicely muted around the brilliant colors of the clothing of the people and flags, which draws your eye directly to them. Beautifully composed, and a very interesting POV.
