Photographer’s Note
This is a small restaurant in the capital of Gabon, Libreville. I don't know for certain, but it's likely that the proprietor isn't Gabonese. Many business people and skilled workers come to Gabon from other countries of French-speaking Africa in order to work. Note the "Poulet Yassa" (a Senegalese chicken dish) on the menu.
