An old church in Lambarene, Gabon. I liked the contrast between the two women, the green and the dark sky.
Lambarene was founded by the last captured people for slavery. They were released and founded this city which name means "never again" in bantu.
This is also the place where Dr Schweitzer has built his famous hospital (he was awarded a nobel peace price in the sixties). |
