guess this pic was done with an analog camera and you scanned the pics/slide afterwards. The quality of the scan is bad and you can do much better as prooven several times.
Get away with this old cam and invest in a proper slr cam and a high quality scanner. Use slides.
slr cam's are still better than the dslr in saturation etc.

fajne, takie faktycznie oldtimeowe - nie tylko w kwestii jakosci ale tez kadru - jak zdjecia etnograficzne z poczatku wieku, co musialo byc widac sylwetke. Masz moze podobny kadr zrobiony cyfra? Fajnie byloby porownac, choc juz na pierwszy rzut oka widac roznice.
p.s. odbierasz czasem gadu gadu? pisalem ostatnio ale nie dostalem odpowiedzi

I like this, it has the feel of an old photo (well, one that's been colorized), maybe because of the dust and nicks picked up in the scan. The very posed feel, like a daguerrotype, adds to the effect. It's good that she's slightly off center. Well done, regards, Ken.

This is the instance in which a catatonic stare, the rigid frontal kore-look works wonders. It is like a colour version of a shot from old-time ethnography books... excellent work, even in the old "communist medium format", hehe...

It is interesting that the girl has both traditional and modern looks. The color of the shirt and the girl's facial expression made me think that way. Very nice photo.
