[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
It was too crowded to have the chance
to see the church gate below
as the pilgrims gathered there
since early morning
so I crossed the crowd walked on my knees
like a dog with smiling smiling attitude.
In this way I had the chance to reach the edge
from where, stretching out my arm
with my Nikon and wideangle on,
I tried to capture
that world around and below.

You can have a look on the WS in order to see the smiling people around me and to my previous images to know more about this place.

Hi Luca,
Your POV gives me that sensation of vertigo, particularly if I focus on the right-hand side of your image. Superb strong composition.

Maria

Hello Luca.
An amazing viewpoint for your photo. It's a good exposure, considering the contrast between the sunlight and shadow. The scene looks a strange on to me, with this holy place in a deep pit. It has a dizzying effect. I also found your note rather mysterious and it adds to the atmosphere. Well done.
Regards,
Andrew

Hi Luca, I have enjoyed this series very much. I find it very surreal. To me ithas been like an scene out of Indiana Jones. TFS.

Ciao Luca.
Ciao.
Bobo.

Hi Luca,

The last one I commented on of the shape in the ground seen from a distance was already impressive. This is amazing as well. I would not have imagined that depth to be accessible. I'd really get claustrofobic being there.
Nice workshop as well. Full of smiles. Bit of a pity of the cut-off head of the left guy, but a good mood going on there.
Thanks for sharing!

Greetings,
Dennis

Luca: a bit of a departure from your recent portraits - but I like your perspective here - and, as usual, colors are spot. best, c

Hi Luca!

I think you found the best composition possible, here! It was not easy as well as for the light but you managed well. I Love your second photo in WS too, and your note gives a good idea of the athmosphere around you and of your interaction with the people. I imagine you smiling smiling and walking on your knees. You were motivated! It was worth the gymnastic to capture this decisive moment! Well done!
Regards,
Marine
