Hi Stephen,
One normally sees sheep shearing, but I have never seen camel shearing, so this is an activity very ineterseting and well captured. I like the hair covering his hands as he cuts it.

Is that camel hais that can be seen flying around in the bottom part of the frame?

Composition wise, the shot is great. The man's placement in the frame is just right however it would have been interesting to see it with a loose crop.
