Passing the Great Sandsea in Egypt

We cross the dunearea from northwest to souteast, 500km dunedriving. It is a lot of fun, but I could be also dangerous, when you don't give attention.
Sand can be soft.... but it happens very, very rare that we stuck.

I am not that keen on the subject of this pic; however, I really appreciate the qualities of the image: crystal sharp, the dunes really stand out, beautiful shadows projected on to the dunes....
Tfs.

Maria

Hi !
Nice picture and good compo. I like the colors on the cars with the dune in the background.
Well-done.

Dionys congrats ... the picture provides a perfect desert view ... u have been able to perfectly capture the mood of the vastness of the scene ... sand looks to be treated in PP which gives an impression of a "sea" !!! good composition and POV ... best regards

Its a very nice pic.

Hi,

Though I am new to formal photography as a hoby, but I can say one thing that this picture is absolutely brilliant. Very sharp, clear, great POV, marvellowus colors.
Nothing is missing.
I wish I had space left to add it to my favourite pictures.
Great shot.

Hi Dionys

I like the simplicity of the image.

I wonder if you removed noise in PS? Was it overdone so that you washed out details on dunes while doing it?

Hi Dionys,
Very good composition and tones! It's very sharp and sand tones are perfect. May beyou can arrange to get the sky more blue?
Regards,
Pierre
