Photographer’s Note
This is outer shot for El Sehaymi House ..The planning of Bayt El Sehaymi consists of a 2000m open-air courtyard surrounded by 115 rooms occupying five stories. A grinding mill and a sakkieh authentic and rare are to be seen in the north east corner of the courtyard. The windows covered by wooden screens or mashrabeya are a distinctive element of Arab art together with the wooden decorated beams of the ceilings and the placards inside the rooms. To approach such a heritage needed precaution and precision.

I never seen wooden screen like this on windows. That a interesting picture with a good angle of view, even if the bottom is a bit dark. Well done, Ayman!

Je constate que la maison a été restaurée.
La composition est excellente avec ces "Musharabias" sculptées en bois ciselé.
Il serait intéressant de faire un cadrage serré sur les fenêtres afin d'apprécier la texture du bois.
I note that the house was restored. The composition excellent with these "Musharabias" is carved out of engraved wood. It would be interesting to make a framing tightened on the windows in order to appreciate the texture of wood.
