Just another day in the life of a boatsman. Abdul would take us from our ship - the HMS Eugenie - to the shores of Lake Nasser to explore places like "The Temple in the Middle of Nowhere" and the temples of Abu Simbel, among others.
He never said much, but always exuded such strength and integrity. You have never seen linens as white as this!
