[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This is the scene I found when I boarded the train. In addition to the local passengers, you can see the ticket inspector - and also two blond backpackers, standing out; well, backpackers are part of the daily life reality aboard these trains.

Of course, I do have many shots of the pyramids, the valley of the kings, abu simbel. But after all I like to remember daily life scenes like this.

Probably there are better, modern trains there today, but I hope the fun is not gone.

(An old pic which I'm trying to save before if deteriorates further, scanned from print in bad condition.)

I love this scenery. People are relaxed, very casual mood. You needed a bit light control but yet I like this shot. I like a shot that shows a scenery off from daily life so this is a typical shot for my favour.

Wow Daniel,

You have brought life to a picture taken almost 20 years back. Amazing..!! The people, train everything on the frame is jus perfect. Tourists, local people.. a very rare picture. Thanks for sharing this one. Great job.

Hi Daniel
Looks like an old movie still. Great that you've recovered the old shot. It's a very good 'people' shot, with so many expressions.
Good show

Hello Daniel,
Very interesting scene - the compo is superb, like the various expressions of the different people. Sharpness not bad - given that it's scanned nearly 20 years ago! Lighting's very good, too. TFS.

Hi Daniel - Indeed a fine daily life situation you present here - I like the many different faces and poses you got - thanks for this sharing this moment with us.

daniel,
it is an old print but you have managed to keep th edetails and color very well. good composition with all the elements here. good amount of details lets us explore this frame for quite a while.

Hi Daniel,

A good POV of the passengers of the train and the ticket inspector, the photo is sharp and clear. It has a good perspective and nice colors. Thanks for sharing.

I won't comment on the things which come from the old photo and the scanning.

You are right, this is a nice photo that captures a moment of embarking on a long ride. This reminds me of a train ride from Addis to Harrar with the Ethiopians on board chewing chaat continuously. These experiences are better in remembrance than they were at the time given the discomforts. TFS.

Hi, Daniel,

Wow! This is very historical shot! What did you in 1987 there?
An intersting photo! What is film? AGFA? Kodak? Fuji?
Best wishes from Ural,
Serghei
