De l’autre coté du Nil, sur la rive gauche, on contemple à la lisière du désert la montagne où se situe le royaume des morts. En effet c’est juste là que se trouve La Vallée des Rois mais aussi Deir el Bahari le temple funéraire de la reine Hatchepsout.

Belle photo à nouveau des rives du Nil avec en toile de fond une jolie felouque.

Hi Jean Luc, beautiful landscape including all three elements (the Nile, the green fields and the desert) which are so characteristic of Egypt. Nice perspective and dof and beautiful colours. The felucca is a nice addition. I really miss this wonderful place. And thank you very much for appreciating my Egypt photos and the reference and link to my site.

I can see three elements on this image, the foreground with the vegetation and the splendid lake, the green part together with the mountains and this everything against the beautiful blue sky. Thanks Jean Luc.

Bonjour Jean Luc
La transition verdure/désert est brusque au-delà des berges du Nil, c'est la particularité de la Haute Egypte.
La composition est intéressante sous un éclairage assez doux.
Il me semble voir des manguiers en fleurs sur l'avant-plan.

Le pays que j'aimerais voir un jour. Une tres belle image du fleuve avec en prime ce petit voilier qui se la coule douce ;0) sur une arriere plan etonnant.
Une composition equilibree avec une luminosite parfaite.
