I took this in Cairo 2 years ago.
I stayed in a hostel in downtown, and this was taken from the balcony. It is one of my favourites of the city, as it shows their daily lives.
It is a hectic crazy city, but I fell in love with it.
Cairo is also the capitol city of Egypt, with a history going back 1000's of years. Well known for the Pyramids, the Nile and the Egyptian Museum.

Well done Elize !!!
Very nice, stylish looking photograph. The atmosphere in B/W tones takes my feelings back to the 60's or so.
I only hope the city, as well as the whole country will not fall a victim to the international agression within its own borders.
Best regards and thanks for sharing !!!

The downward point of view is giving a sense of height to the composition. It is also shoeing the details of thecars and trucks. The black and white is giving a good contrast to the scene. Have a nice day.

Welcome on TE
The pedestrians seem not to take care of the many cars in the Cairo streets, and cross them where they want!
Good B&W report of the city life.
