Cool Camels
 |
|
| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
Whilst travelling lazily up the Nile in feluccas, we stopped off at a small town along the banks to visit a camel market.
The camels had been walked for six weeks across the desert from Sudan.

I would love to get more details (technically) on this shot. composition is terrific, the repeating camels was a very good subject for a photo.the perspective u decided to show us here makes a very interesting shot. the colours in the sky is almost unnatural.the only small thing that disturbes me is the pixels in the sky (did u run it through neatimage?)

I love the close up look at the camels face. I also enjoy seeing other camels in the background. I do think this photo could be improved with some post processing. To me, it looks like the scan was not terrifically well done. Maybe it would be possible to rescan it? Also, using Neat Image would likely really help clean up the noise in the sky. Perhaps a little sharpening? Although that may not be needed quite so much as simply rescanning. The colors here are certainly bold and vibrant, and quite appealing, especially considering as though it appears this shot was taken close to midday(judging from shadows). Cool shot.
Love to return to Egypt... Nice photo!!!!
