Photographer’s Note
Street scene in Cairo -- mother and grandma undercover.
Mary and St. Anne with little J...
Through the window from a car, in The City of Death (Cairo slum). The City of Death is a big old cementery where a few millions of muslims live, many of them in adopted graves. Quite unsafe place for tourists... Visiting Cairo for a few days and meeting with arabian culture in this big city was the most unforgettable feelings I've had in Egypt.

Good evening Michal,
I like this simple composition of everyday life.
It is an "almost" B & W very interesting.
Best regards
Marc

hi Michal,
I really like this shot - first of all, your choice for the reddish b/w is very appropriate, it boils down the image to the very essence - the two women and the boy.
secondly, the figures cast again a white and empty background emphasize the geometry of the composition.
it's daily life, it's simple, and it's beautiful.
