gorgeous scenery, just a little over exposed sky, but i still like it, it brings more focus to the tree. please continue posting. Regards, Michel

John, an absolute fantastic tree, with a stone bench placed perfectly underneath. A dream to stumble upon. As humans and all things are, the tree is shaped by it's environment...without knowing otherwise, the tree can tell us this place is windy, often, blowing always in one direction. The tree hangs on for dear life, desperate to survive in this hostile environment, a stone bench signifying the scarcity of shade in this place. i cannot resist to attempt a WS, maybe to liven things up a bit re:contrast, but i don't promise i will post it, jez

Hi John! This is a fantastic tree. It's a pity you didn't portrayed it under a better light. The composition is good but if you had the chance, return there at a better time and try not to capture it under this harsh light. There is so much light coming from the right and that has caused some 'fog' over the all scene. I still like this image and I am making a constrasty b&w to explore its strengths. Thanks
PS: I am sorry. Jez has provided a great ws before me and I didn't noticed that... Well, it stays anyway... Thanks
