Photographer's Note
Taken amidst the ruins of karnak Temple, just outside Luxor, the most beautiful calm face. Carved in typical Egyptian perfection with highly stylised lips and eyes. Polished skin. The expression serene and commanding. The world changes and moves on but this face will still be looking down on mankind in the same way for the next 2000 years.
