I'm amazed sometimes, Steve, at the good photos that go uncritiqued here. I guess the volume is such that it's easy to get "lost in the shuffle." This is nicely exposed, with good lighting, excellent foreground sharpness, effective DOF control. I like the positioning of this man within the frame and the texture you capture in that wizened face.

I find these portrait picture very well, certainly the clothing of the man, also the sharpness of the face.
