Photographer’s Note

Esta foto está tomada unos minutos después de la que titulé Prayer in the Nile, en Kaka Island. Después de desaparecer el sol tras el horizonte, el cielo fue adquiriendo esta tonalidad violeta, que tiñó el río de un color extraño. Pasé junto al lugar donde estaban atracadas las falucas, con sus mástiles erguidos como si estuvieran desfilando.

This photo is shoted a few minutes after that I titled Prayer in the Nile , in Kaka Island. After the disappearing of the sun behind the horizon, the sky was acquiring this violet tonality, which dyed the river of a strange color. I passed along with the place where the falucas were held up, with his straight masts as if they were in parade.

Photo sombre (encore ! tu aimes bien les photos sombres) mais les couleurs sont épatantes.
J'aime bien aussi la silhouette de l'homme en bas. Un seul reproche pour la compo, la ligne d'horizon est au milieu, mais j'imagine que tu voulais avoir le ciel et en même temps les ombres des bâteaux ;)

Extraño color el de este anochecer. Cada puesta de sol tiene su propia personalidad y a veces, lo interesante es ver como actúa la luz sobre la gente y los objetos, tal y como tú has hecho aquí. Bonita es. Besosos.

A nice mood in this one, Angel, and a simple idea but an effective graphical result from showing the boat silhouettes versus the colorful layers in the evening sky. A nice tranquil mood conveyed. I would tend to clone out the bright light (white spot) on the opposite shore at the right, it draws more attention than it should. Good shot.

Interesante imagen, me gusta como los mástiles de las falucas van cortando el cielo en varias mitades, por supuesto los colores son de ensueño, suaves luces y una atmósfera muy agradable, tan solo un par de cosas, prueba a enderezar la línea del horizonte y darle un punto de enfoque, sobre el WS que te ha creado, me quedo con la tuya, buen trabajo compañero.

Very special colored evening light where the dissapeared sun still gives light in the cloudy sky well seen throug the graphical counterlighted mast-rhythm of the boats.

Esta puesta de sol es algo inusual, los colores me sorprenden y eso es bueno. Parece una paleta de pintor antes de mezclar sus colores. La composición con el contraluz de los mastiles está muy acertada porque llena de sentido la foto.

Hello Angel,
Lovely colours in the sky and the violet Nile is wonderful. The POV is great here. Though looking at the thumbnail, I thought it a bit dull, but after seeing the larger one I think this is not that dull, but still has some problem.

Très bel effect de silhouette sur fonds de ciel assez fantastique.
Est-ce que ça ne pencherait pas un peu vers la gauche ? Facile à corriger si la grille Photoshop par exemple le confirme.
