Photographers Note
Temple attendants are happy when they see a foreigner brandishing a pro looking camera, because they expect to pose for a " Bakshish ". But this time this very friendly one wanted to show me some carvings on the wall, as if I would be the second person on the earth who would discover them after him. But I had some other plans, and at one moment I shouted " Hello " and he looked at me, and I took only one picture. The tunnel like place was really dark and I hardly got a 1/13th shutter speed with 1600 ISO. No tripod here.

Hi Izzet,
the quality is stunning for these light conditions and for a hand held photo, you did a good job.
Only thing is, that I´d like to see more of the man.
But I know, it´s hard to choose the vertical format in such a moment.
Compliments, Chris

Dear Master ,
Historical, narrow tunnel walls created a fantastic effect with their surfaces full with figures. Your play with lights are again incredible here while adding two different source of light for a spectacular result. I like yellow tones all over frame but your model and his natural expression is priceless. Wonderful, congratulations. Have a nice new week.
Best Regards,
Ertugrul

Dear Izzet Bey,
The composition looks like a scene from a movie. There are so many breathtaking detail in low-light conditions. The light at the end of the tunnel makes me feel relaxed as I don't like dark labyrinths :)
My compliments and have a nice Sunday,
Zeynep

elinize ,kolunuza saglik,

Hello Izzet,
The golden hues as the background color, this photograph resonates with the wealth that the original builders would have intended, the backshish awaiting guide, earning every piaster that hopes for. I love this image that could have easily been featured in the National Geographic.
Warm regards to you and your family for the Holidays and the New Year, may it be marked by health, happiness and an improved economy, dear Izzet. You cannot imagine how much we've enjoyed your book.
