Photographer’s Note
As the HMS Eugenie approached the temple of Abu Simbel on the shores of Lake Nasser, I caught my first glimpse of the temple and just grabbed my camera and took a picture. I tried to angle it so the flash would not reflect off the glass of the window, but it still caughts a bit of the frame...
Nevertheless, I thought this would be a unique shot of this temple, which is probably one of the most photographed places in Egypt, besides the Pyramids at Giza.
Hope y'all like it. Workshops welcome. No tripod. No filters. Some minimal cropping. No pp work. One porthole. One temple.

Very creative view of the ancient Egyptian ruins. If you did not use the flash maybe it would not have reflected, but otherwise I think the concept for the photo is really neat. -Lara
