| Yesterday I visited a restaurant famous for making grilled Chicken and Pigeon. At the entrace there were 2 women flattening the dough and putting into the oven to bake. They waved at me so I walked over and asked if I could take a photo...and they obliged :) I tried to get the bread in the air but alas was not lucky enough...but I love her smile :) |

Hi George, I don't think there is any smell in the world that can compare to that coming from a bread oven in Egypt! Neither is there any bread in the world that tastes better! This is a great shot of this lady making bread, her oven, and her face happy for you to see her work. There is a strong feeling of pride here, with her knowing that you find what she is doing interesting to watch.
I hope you don't mind but I felt your image could have a bit more contrast, and so I performed a little workshop.
All the best, Casper
George - nice capture, genuine smile and genuine capture - nicely composed mark

Hi George,
An enviable scene while smelling fresh bread too. Great capture of their way cooking bread in a mud and wood fired brick oven. I believe taste must be beautiful. Great one, congratulations.
Best Regards,
Ertugrul
