Hello Malgorzata,
There are always easy solutions if you're retired and reasonably well off...
However, going on a tour like this seems to be the thing to do at this time of the year, although I would personally prefer to walk the crowded and lively streets of Cairo. This is a nice composition where the couple have placed themselves in a fine spot. The mountains in the background look very nice too.
