[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This is a sign next to a military check point on the north coast of the Sinai peninsula. In front of the sign is the Lake Bardawil saltmarsh.

I took this picture whilst waiting for permission to pass the checkpoint. At the top of the sign you can just see a long sand spit. I was trying to get there to perform a marine turtle survey but we needed permission from the Captain first before we could go past the checkpoint - and he was fast asleep!

Luckily the local soldiers didn't mind me taking a few pictures of the surroundings.

If anyone could tell me what the sign says I would love to know!
