The gazelle is beautifully focused and lit. The mass of blurred background I find distracting. Have you tried cropping down to a panorama? (Workshop?)
I really like this especially due to the unusual perspective from above. The few times i have shot from helicopters, i usually shoot above 1/400 sec. It looks like you may have had a little camera shake at least on this screen (long lens) or lowish shutter speed, but the contrast of the brown gazelle on the green background is great.
