[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Basilique de Notre Dame de la Paix in Yamoussoukro. A couple of km's outside of Yamoussoukro, basicly in the middle of nowhere, you find this replica of the St. Peters church. Built as gift for the pope by the former president of Ivory Coast, Houphouët-Boigny. The cupola is just a bit lower, then the one of St. Peters church in Rome, but with a huge cross on top, it's the tallest church in the christian religion. The inside is very beautiful with magnificent stained-glass windows.

Bonsoir Christiane,

je la trouve très belle ton image de cette vitre de la Basilique ä Yamoussoukro.Si on voit la photo en petit icône sur la galerie on ne pense pas tout de suite à une vitre d'église.Bien vu et bien réalisé.
