Photographer's Note
As you know, taking photos can become (even as a hobby) a testimony work. War photographers and photo journalists try to make us sensitive about grounded realities for example. But being a witness of shocking situations can be emotionaly draining for the photographer. For example, I've been the witness of a shocking scene when Estel (in green) requested my assistance (by crying and yelling with a sad face while looking at me) as she got her piece of bread stolen by her older sister Rachel (who doesn't have the look of a "not guilty" child). Now, instead of fighting this injustice I just shot some photos of the unforgiveable act... Since then Estel doesn't want to talk to me anymore... And it pains me... :-)

Bonjour Vincent,
Merci.
Gérard
