C'est l'effet studio ici, Gaby avec le fond entierement blac comme ca. Cela fait tres "pro". Charmante scene avec d'excellentes couleurs.

Je suis trés content de voir que tu as retourné a le fond blanc pour donner plus d´importance a cette femme et cette fille. On a l´air d´une photo publicitaire dans cette photo mais plus réel. Merci Gaby, toujour un plaisir.

Interessant cette séance de maquillage. C'est étrange se fond blanc alors que l'on est en vue plongeante. Du coup, on perd ses repères.

I guess we both like to shoot beauty makeup sessions. ;-D

Once again you have a great portrait and photo. The smiles are warm and sincere.

I especially like three things about your shots, including this one:

1. The thought and attention given to positive/negative shapes, this includes cropping decisions.

2. The use of more intense contrast and color (generally). I think that it adds dimension, the "missing" factor in many photos.

3. The natural non-posed situations and subjects chosen.

I agree with you, it's so hard to get a good photo of people. One that is not posed and really shows something special about the person, a spiritual dimension, while creating a well designed and executed photo as well.

I appreciate your comments, I feel like I am just starting to get better. People like you have helped me so much. I really want to be a great photographer, and not just OK or even good. My intention is to work hard to get there. It's difficult because so much of learning and growing is stumbling and failing, then having that pointed out, then listening and correcting and improving so you can get better. rather ego-bruising.

(You also seem to be very prudent but skilled in your PP.)
