Don great capture but without software, this is really a problem for the portrait in indoor (I think also you have cropped the original view) - It's a pity because your shot is wonderful (I know the problem with your computer). May be a little fill in flash will be better ?

Another great portrait you've done. You have an ability to capture people in such natural way.
The same problem with sharpnes but I understand, that it is computer's than photographer's problem.
