Around a Primus Photo

Photographer’s Note

Around the swimming pool of Christmas Flats in Kinshasa... one of the places were you can rest and take a Primus (Kinshasa local beer) in a quiet and private environment.
Nothing special... but, my eye was catched by this night scene with the crude light being diffused by the textured wall in the rear.

Salut Eric, moi aussi je découvre - et je commence par ta dernière : elle me plait beaucoup, le cadrage, ce groupe d'hommes qui bougent un peu dans la pénombre en discutant...

Hi Eric,

picture with a lot of atmosphere and great colors. I like the way some of these "silhouettes" are blurred and others are quite clear. As if the men are playing cards (or just drinking) with some "ghost" companions.

j'aime beaucoup cette atmosphere feutrée devant le mur jaune. Le lampadaire est le point de fixation autour duquel tout s'organise

it´s only a pity that you cropped it so tight and cut off a part of the feet.
