captivating colors Jerzy. the thumbnail shouts "open me, open me". and the simplicity and power of forms and colors are almost in the style of Gaugin.

hello Jerzy,
colours is what attracted me immediately, I like a lot the blinding blue, and how it makes the brown and yellor colours stand out. but I'd add "decisive moment" as a categry, you've captured the perfect moment when the painting on the wall seems to swallow the unsuspecting man :) that's what colours do, they devour you without you noticing :) thanks for this contribution :)

Beautiful! The painting of the island looks like a huge gold nugget over a blue surface. The placement of the man is excellent and if you look carefully we can see another child behind him. The bright colours are a good reflection of the Cape Verde soul. Thanks for that.

Yes, Jerzy, that's colour! The blue sea of Cape Verde, plus the brown land.
The man's head is interestingly framed by the bay of the map of São Nicolau Island.
