Photographer’s Note
This is M. Nicolas the president of the water committee at Ting Melen.
His committee was one of the most dynamic, they hosted a feast for us as we arrived (two previously posted photos were taken during that feast), and organised the village work force efficiently to finish the water project on time.
He is still president of the committee no doubt, still dynamic, making sure dues are paid to maintain the spring catchment and to, in time upgrade it.
