Photographer’s Note
The Annual Water Festival in Phnom Penh. It lasts three days, after each day there is a firworks display, at the same time a number of illuminated floats glide down the river. The festival is to celebrate the reversal of the Tonle river that happens twice a year and always takes place in November at the time of the full moon. Spot metering off the lights on the float is essential.
