[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This is the same landscape I posted a few days ago (Rhumsiki peak). Both shots were taken in dry season (december).
This part of the world is often assumed to be constantly very hot. A glance at climate chart would show that this belief is a myth.
The climate of Cameroon varies greatly with the terrain ranging from tropical along the coast to semi-arid and hot in the northern plains and the Sahel region which boasts a seven month dry season.
From november to march there's no rainfall and temperatures can reach 45-50 C.
Tomorrow I will post a shot of the same landscape taken during rainy season: differences are astonishing!

Hallo Alberto!
You show us a breathtaking view from a great point of view. The deep sunlight works very well and gives wonderful warm colours. Thank you for showing this!
Greetings from not very summerly Germany!

Hello Alberto,
I love this picture, which reminds me of the time I have been there, just before going to Waza, I think it was in 1982 or 1983.
I hope the place hasn't change and I remember climbing on the first hill on the picture to see the sunset.
I would really love to get there again !
Thanks for this wonderful picture of this incredible place.
Regards. Christian

Hi Alberto,
the next photo of this interesting and amazing landscape. Beautiful light. Good composition.
Best regards and have a nice weekend,
Andrzej

I didn't realize it could be that hot in that area ? I really need to go there with my wife.

It's really nice you could include those houses and could capture that low light. The effect is great !

Hi Alberto,
this is my favourite point of view of this beautiful place, and I like very much the magic atmosphere given by the low and warm sun and by a soft fog!
Including the house on the right is a great idea, giving the sense of scale and adding a point of interest to the landscape.
Thanks for sharing, best regards

Federico

Hi Alberto

Great light and some interesting rock formations. Good layers and a nice orange glow. Very sharp withe good greens. I really like the little dwelling. Well done.
