Photographer's Note

We are crossing a lost village near the border of Nigeria, in the extreme northeast of Cameroon. This is a small event ! Our passage arouses the curiosity of children as adults because the tourism is non-existent in this region.
This is an opportunity to meet authentic and protected Black Africa ....full of colors!!

Hello Vincent,
Although I have never been to Cameroon, this picture brings back fine memories of late afternoons in West Africa. For a short while there is this beautiful warmth of the colours which you have captured perfectly. I love the look of the mud covered wall and the dusty street and of course the fantastic clothes worn by the women. The sharpness and exposure are perfect.

Comment ne pas se sentir au Cameroun avec une telle photo...
Une explosion de couleurs sur un fond pastel et uniforme. Une photo qui exprime l'intemporel je trouve. Ce pourrait être une photo prise il y a 10 ans et une photo qui sera prise dans 10 ans.
4 femmes... de quoi faire rêver bien des français ! ;)
