Au cours des siècles, les communautés burkinabè ont manifesté leur génie artistique dans de nombreuses formes d'arts. Le vêtement de ce danseur est d'une richesse et d'une finesse remarquables. Ce très léger coup de flash a permis, à mon sens, dde conserver les couleurs et l'atmosphère. Qu'en pensez-vous ?

Hi Gerard,
although there were situations when you
used flash for no reason, IMHO - here it
paid off as it really (as you say yourself
in your note) brings colours out and
textures, too.
I like the dancer's diagonal posture and
position in the frame as well as that
frozen moment of his almost extatic dance.
A bit strange & unusual, but I like it!

J'aime beaucoup l'aspect graphique de l'image, qui présente en outre un intérêt propre dans la représentation de ces communautés.
Le coup de flash est en effet bienvenu, à mon avis.

Bonjour Gérard, ce fond noir est fort attirant, la mélodie des couleurs ainsi formée par la tenue du burkinabé en fait une photo captivante par son originalité, et plaisante par le coté reportage de la chose, bien amicalement

What do I think? I like it! It is simple with no distractions and the colorful costume is interesting. My only comment is that the image is a bit noisy which is understandable considering the conditions. I would suggest a noise filter to minimize these situations. Have a look at NeatImage they have a free filter for JPG's. Well done.

Un vrai accroche-regard! Ta photo transporte très bien l'impression de l'agitation du danseur. J'aime bien les couleurs et les nombreux détails du vêtement. Une photo pas quotidienne - et très intéressante!

A quite strange effect, very grainy but it adds to the mystery of the image, my french is not so good so I am at a loss as to what this is all about. Which makes the mystery even greater.

The expressive colors and even the grains while the person appears from out the dark gives a fine almost graphic ets feel to this shot, very pleasing to the eye, excellent edition.

La photo est aussi artistique, c'est le moins que l'on puisse dire.
Elle est très bien, à tous les niveaux, malgré un certain bruit.
Compo très dynamique, très colorée, se détachant bien sur le fond noir. Le flash...je ne l'utilise jamais, et d'habitude, je n'aime pas, mais ici, je ne l'aurais pas remarqué si ce n'était pas écrit.

je trouve cette photo magnifique,tant pour les couleurs sublimes que pour la position du danseur avec sa jupe en mouvement.J'adore le personnage se détachant du fond parfaitement noir,ce qui renforce la beauté des couleurs.Une très belle réussite.

J'aime beaucoup cette photo, surtout pour le mystère qui en ressort et l'impression de mouvement bien capturée, pas facile techniquement je suppose. Note intéressanté également. Dommage qu'il n'y a pas de son!

Effectivement, il a bruit et grain. Ici le bruit ne gêne pas, bien au contraire. Il y a juste la coiffe qui est un peu crâmée, mais l'ambiance est très bien restituée.

Terrific image! I wish I had taken it. Great colours and saturation. Good capture of action. Boffo composition with concentration on the subject and diagonal line, frame is well filled. Black background makes the dancer stand out. Looks a bit grainy -- is that because you cropped from a larger original, or had to brighten an originally underexposed image? It doesn't matter because the result is beautiful.

J'aime beaucoup le mouvement, les couleurs du costume et la concentration qui semble habiter le danseur.
Le grain de la photo n'est pas extraordinaire mais cela ne gène pas vraiment : ça lui donne une touche supplémentaire
