[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
West african fast-food - barbequed meat - is sold on the streets, bus stops and markets. If you are out and you are hungry - it is the best way to go and sometimes the ONLY way to go... !!!

It's fast, convenient and nutritional. Served on paper with some spices and herbs it tastes all right :).

Higene isn't the formost thought in many parts of Africa, when I was in Zambia there were many people (locals) selling hens feet !! there were roasted, i didn't try them, perhaps I should have for the experience

Likes the warm colors an dthe dynamics of light and shadow. It does make the picture uncommon. Good .

The food looks "intruiguing", I love the lemon yellow suit and the "tagine" hat. You sure can't buy them at Walmart.

Hi Krzysztof , I haven't seen your pictures in a while. This one is rather nice and brings back souvenirs in mind.
I loved travelling in Burkina Fasso, it was in 1981 though.. i guess things have changed since..and you are right to point out that the food on the street was pretty good. I still remember, may be the best steak I had in my life being in Ouaga, and some Bush rat too..
The image is nice, despite being very difficult to shoot with the sun strength.
