Bonjour Eric...

This is a really nice portrait. The colours are really subtle yet caught my eye.

Perhaps not the most complex composition, but it works really nicely. The mood in the image is very quiet, yet she looks slightly troubled...I think with your camera, but this does not spoil the picture.

Eric,
This is a great work! You didn't have to show more people, or other objects. With this minimalistic shot you were able to let us feel the atmosphere of that village. And this in my eyes is the highest level of street photography. Lovely!

Beautiful once again Eric! Man, you last shots are nothing but spectacular. The tones are very good and the turquoise blues of the dress are a perfect match for the light earthy tones on the background. The light over her skin is once again very nice. I would like to see her just a little more to the right, but I guess you couldn't move the pov to the left because of some distracting elements close to the left edge. Great photo indeed.

cette photo dégage une atmosphère particulière, par contre je ne pense pas que la couleur apporte quelque chose en plus... J'ai donc essayé un petit passage en N&B pour voir.

encore une tres belle photo Eric, je suppose que tu as volontairement voulu prendre les chiffres, c est pour cela qu elle est centree? j ai fait un petit WS juste pour rendre moins vert.. bravo

j'aime bien cette composition a la fois simple mais efficace, l'attitude de la femme est bonne et la couleur de la robe ressort bien sur ce fond de couleur terre.

Gorgeous one again, dear Eric. The way she sits is truly unique, something rarely found in the Western world. The colours again are marvellous, her light turquoise dress shines in front of the earthy colours of her place.

Etrange cette photo. Elle me et un peu mal a l'aise. Son regard pas vraiment accueillant, ses epaule qui montrent des signes de fatigue, ses jambes ecartees et ses 2 mains entre ses cuisses, etc... Enfin moi le premier truc qui me vient en tete c'est une femme violee... Pas tres rejouissant tout ca...
Un peu surexposee a mon gout (cf la robe sur ses genous, ses tongues)
Une photo qui demenage Eric! Ca me plait enormement, enfin... si je puis-dire!

A nice image Eric. I would have been inclined to do more of a closeup of the girl, but I think what you have done here works well as it gives her a bit more space and isolation. Both the blue and the graffiti work well here.

I saw this photo just a little bit after you uploaded but at that moment I thought I need sometime to enjoy it because I love it very much, one the best of this travel. This loneliness, it´s like all Africa for me. Like waiting for an answer about what´s going to happen next with them. Take care Eric.

I like this one very much. It's so "simple", nothing to much or to less in the photo. Great colours. The problem with "african"photos is that often there is too much in one photo and here it is the perfect compo for me :)

On se demande ce que signifie son expression sévère. J'aime bien sa pose relaxée, sa robe bleue, et surtoutr l'ambience formée par cette étendue de murs de boue ochre.

And the word AFRICAN has to be accentuated here...
For, I believe there is nowhere in the world that aura of helplessness to be existent as obvious as in Africa….
What a continent…? What a society…?
Oh, well… It makes our planet earth much more exciting place to live within…

Non mais cette miss seule, sa position, son attitude, un côté triste, un côté mystérieux, un côté "je m'en foutiste", un côté inquiet....et pis son habit qui pète là au milieu....et la petite touche finale avec ce 189 peint sur le mur...
