A guide once told me a Cape Buffalo looks at you like you own him money and he wants to be paid back now. I think this photo depicts that emotion perfectly. This dangerous lone male was in the Okavango Delta, a place of great beauty and an abundance of amazing wildlife.

This looks like a face only a mother could love!! :-) Maybe behind the strong stare is really a gentle soul. Maybe he wants to be friends?!! Ha ha... Nice job capturing this very interesting animal.
