Boat cruise - Chobe River Photo

Enjoying the sunset at the end of another fantastic boat trip along the Chobe River...

Anyone visiting this part of Botswana is encouraged to take one of these sunset cruises that many of the hotels/tour operators offer.

Unfortunately it does become a bit congested (though restrictions are in place) and is not a good advert of what Botswana is famous for, namely - vast, open, remote stretches of wilderness where civilisation is left far behind!

Nevertheless it provides an unforgettable experience...
