No these are not the West-African rope-pulling championchip games but this is the way they fish in Benin,
The nets are brought out with little boats and tan after a while the complete village ios gathering to pull them on land, a job that takes several hours and everybody (you can see a woman with child) is doing his part.

An interesting and informative daily life composition. I like the sense of vitality and the way the net snakes across the beach. Also, the warm/cool tonal contrasts.

A peculiar way of fishing in this country, in a spontaneous scene of the daily life, very well caught in your framing.
The composition is structured well in thirds, with many vitality due to the presence of the men pulling the fishing nets, under a good light.
A nice work, in the spirit of TE.

Bella immagine! Curiosa e interessante la fila di gente che tira la rete e che appare da sotto la spiaggia! Belli i colori con il giallo della sabbia in primo piano e i grigi sul fondo!
