One evening, when coming back from the Corimba harbour, south of Luanda, I was trying to shoot at the sunset from a car when I accidentaly saw someone on my digital screen. I found it not so bad thanks to the warm colors and the mysterious shadows...

As you said, good warm colors. The sky is a little blotchy on either side. Interesting to see this shot of Africa. One person, two shadows - clever.

Very warm composition. And the lady appeared at the right moment, looking at the same vista that you are presenting. A bit of sharpening may improve the image further.

Strangely appealing! Perhaps there is a child obscured by the woman? I like the feeling of movement and the fact that the woman is 'leaving' the picture.

Love those complimentary tones, warm brown and subdued blue sky. It has the Kodakchrome/ NG low key shots feel. I would qualify your shot as elegant.
I wouldn't say the compo is very original, but it always work : the way you described your shooting is exactly the kind of process I'm going for when needing to dynamize a scenery. I seldom shoot without people coming into the frame, thus wait for someone to include.

That lady appeared at the right time and position to balance the picture (withou her this photo wouldn't have much to tell...). The fact shes looking to the scenery also helps.
The photo realy needs some treatment.

It is great to see the scenery of Africa as well as movement in the picture. I do think the face needs some work though, but the very fact that the woman is in the picture makes it an interesting and unique shot.

Silvino.
