Nice action shot. A photographers note would be helpful here, was the water shooting up because it's a pump, was it just dropped in the water, or...? Well composed though, nicely done.

The picture is definetly good.
To catch the moment of the failing is not easy.
The colors and sharpness are nice too.
But as all the critiques here I have to mention that the date is a pity that is seeing there while you easly can clone it with PS.
