The dawn at Assekrem is something you have to experience.

Even if I was a little ill, I forced myself to woke up at 6,10am that cold morning and it was already too late to catch some incredible red clouds in the sky.

I started climbing following the path towards the Eremitage of Pére Foucauld. Walking up the scenery opened widely and I started to shoot around trying to catch that fantastic light that changes over that unique and wild scenery. It was like flying...

Magical, Luca, magical... the gorgeous mountains enveloped in the morning mist, the incredible light and soft yellow tones... a fantastic landscape again...

Hi, Luca. The view is splendid and I can understand that Père Foucauld had put up his eremitage there. Tthe depth in the picture is wonderful with all those ridges that stretch to the horizon. The light is very good with that haze in the distance and the silhouettes of the mountains that contrast with the light of the starting day.
